butter (2 sticks)

Instructions
pre-heat oven to 325, line the bottom of a tart pan with a removable bottom with parchment
pulse 1 3/4 c pretzels until powdery, scoop out 1/2 c into a seperate bowl and disgard the rest
coursley chop the remaining pretzels and remove from processor, set aside
in the processor, pulse butter and sugar until pale and fluffy, pulse in egg yolk. pulse in 1/2 c pretzel powder and flour
stir in chopped pretzels
press into tart pan
bake for 20-25 minutes, until pale brown
let cool for 1 hour
slice
