Instructions
pre-heat oven to 350, line cupcake tin with cupcake wrappers
whisk four, baking soda, baking powder, salt & pumpkin pie spice, set aside
in the stand mixer, blend with the paddle attachment all the other ingredients
add the flour mixture and mix until well combined
fill cupcake liners 2/3 of the way up
bake for 20-25 minutes until tester comes out clean, cool on wire rack
