white chocolate fudge candy corn

Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs white baking chocolate
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • food coloring

Instructions

  • using low burner or the microwave, melt all ingredients until smooth.
  • pour out one third of the fudge and dye it yellow
  • pour the yellow portion into your brownie pan and place in fridge for 30 minutes, reserve yellow bowl for next steps (don't wash it just yet)
  • reheat the remaining fudge until melted
  • pour half the remaining fudge into the old yellow bowl and dye it orange
  • pour this orange fudge on top of the yellow chilled layer, refridgerate for 30 mintues
  • gently remelt remaining white fudge and pour on top of chilled fudge
  • let harden in fridge for 2 hours
  • pop out of pan and cut into slabs which you then cut into triangles

Notes

fudge can also be left uncolored, or made other colors and topped with sprinkles.
